Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 14, 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AiAtlant including our website, applications, games, AI-powered features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by BOBERIUM LTD Company number 15022818, a company incorporated in England and Wales (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

AiAtlant is a trading name of BOBERIUM LTD.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

The Service is not an adult-content service. Sexually explicit content is prohibited under section 9. The age requirement reflects mature themes, unpredictable AI-generated content, and the personal analysis the Service produces. AI chatbots, including the characters in the Service, may not be suitable for some minors.

If we learn that an individual under 18 has created an account or provided personal information to us, we may take steps to terminate the account and delete the associated information.

3. The Service

The Service is an interactive text-based entertainment game in which users can interact with artificial intelligence to create and experience adventures, stories, characters, dialogue, game events, analysis, statistics, and other content.

Features may include:

  • AI-generated adventures;

  • AI-generated dialogue and stories;

  • game statistics and analysis;

  • rankings or tournament-style tables where available;

  • sharing of game sessions, conversations, results, or analysis;

  • account and authentication features;

  • paid features or subscriptions;

  • service and marketing communications.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service.

4. AI Services

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models and services.

AI-generated content is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected, offensive, or unsuitable.

AI-generated content is provided primarily for entertainment and gameplay purposes.

AI-generated content is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

The Service is not a crisis or mental health service. If you tell the AI that you are thinking about suicide or self-harm, it is instructed to pause the game and refer you to crisis services, including a suicide hotline and a crisis text line. Details of this protocol are published in our FAQ (section 3.7).

Different AI models or providers may be used for different features.

We may add, remove, replace, or change AI models or AI service providers used by the Service.

The availability, quality, speed, style, and behavior of AI-generated content may therefore change over time.

5. Accounts

You may be able to create an account using email or third-party authentication services, including services such as Google, Discord, and other authentication providers that we may support.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account.

You must not:

  • use another person’s account without authorization;

  • provide false information for the purpose of impersonating another person;

  • attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another account;

  • circumvent account or security controls.

6. User Content

The Service may allow you to submit prompts, messages, instructions, game choices, character information, and other material (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Service;

  • generate AI responses;

  • maintain your games and game history;

  • provide analysis and statistics requested through the Service;

  • enable features you request;

  • maintain security;

  • prevent fraud and abuse;

  • comply with law; and

  • operate and maintain the Service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.

We do not claim ownership of your private game conversations solely because you use them through the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate content based on your User Content.

You understand that AI-generated content may not be unique.

Similar or identical content may be generated for other users.

The Service does not guarantee that AI-generated content will qualify for copyright protection.

Where applicable law recognizes rights in AI-generated material based on human contribution, those rights may depend on the particular circumstances of its creation.

8. Sharing Content

The Service may allow you to share game sessions and selected content from them, including conversations, game results, analysis, statistics, rankings, or other content, where it makes sharing available. This section applies to any such sharing.

Sharing is optional and applies only to the content you select. Your games remain private to your account unless you choose to share them.

Depending on the sharing options made available by the Service, shared content may be accessible to other users, to any person holding a link to it, or to the general public, and may be indexed by search engines.

Content shared from a session may include the messages, instructions, and other material you submitted in that session and the content generated in response to them.

You understand that shared content may be copied, saved, linked to, quoted, or redistributed by others, and that copies made by others cannot be recalled.

You may stop sharing content at any time using the controls made available by the Service. We will remove or disable access to the shared version within a reasonable period. This does not affect copies previously made by others.

Private game conversations are not automatically made public merely because you use the Service.

You are responsible for the content you choose to publish or share, including for ensuring that you are entitled to share it and that sharing it does not infringe the rights of others.

Shared content may be moderated or removed in accordance with section 11.

9. User Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate applicable law;

  • infringe intellectual property rights;

  • violate another person’s privacy or publicity rights;

  • obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;

  • interfere with the operation or security of the Service;

  • distribute malware or malicious code;

  • conduct fraud or scams;

  • abuse or harass other users;

  • create, request, generate, share, or store sexually explicit or pornographic content;

  • create, request, or generate content that sexualizes a minor;

  • circumvent technical restrictions or security measures;

  • use automated systems to overload or abuse the Service;

  • use bots, scripts, automation, or artificial intelligence tools other than those provided within the Service to produce results submitted to rankings, qualification, or tournament features (see section 10);

  • attempt to extract information that you are not authorized to access;

  • impersonate another person or the Company in a deceptive manner.

You may not use the Service to facilitate illegal activities.

10. Rankings, Qualification, and Fair Play

Where the Service offers rankings, leaderboards, tournaments, qualification rounds, or similar competitive or comparative features, results are expected to reflect the account holder’s own play.

A result does not count as qualification and will not be included in rankings, leaderboards, or tournament standings where it was obtained, in whole or in part, by means of:

  • artificial intelligence tools, assistants, chatbots, or language models other than the AI provided within the Service, used to produce or edit the prompts, answers, moves, or other material submitted;

  • bots, scripts, macros, automated agents, or other software acting in place of the user;

  • automated or programmatic interaction with the Service otherwise than through interfaces we make available for that purpose;

  • another person playing in place of the account holder, the use of a shared or transferred account, or the use of more than one account in the same competitive feature;

  • any other tool, service, or method used to obtain a result that does not reflect the user’s own play.

This section does not restrict how you play for your own entertainment. It applies to eligibility for qualification, to rankings, leaderboards, and tournament standings, and to any related standing or recognition.

AI-generated analysis, statistics, and personality-related results are generated from the material submitted. Where that material was not produced by the user, the resulting analysis does not describe the user, and we may exclude it from rankings and comparative features.

We may use automated systems, review under section 11, and other reasonable measures to verify results and to detect results obtained by the means described in this section.

Where we reasonably determine that a result was obtained by such means, we may exclude it from qualification and rankings, cancel, reset, or remove the result, restrict access to competitive features, and take action under section 18.

11. Content and Moderation

We may use automated systems and other measures to detect, investigate, prevent, or respond to abuse, security issues, violations of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

Your User Content and the content generated in your games are stored on our systems, and our authorised personnel can access them where necessary to operate the Service.

Where necessary, we may review content associated with reports, investigations, security incidents, legal requests, or suspected violations, and also to diagnose and fix technical problems, to respond to a support request you send us, to check the quality of the Service, and to verify results submitted to rankings, qualification, or tournament features.

We do not review private game content for any other purpose.

Publicly shared content may be subject to moderation and removal.

We may remove or restrict access to content or accounts where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to legal obligations, or address abuse.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service and its software, design, interface, trademarks, logos, branding, and other materials provided by the Company are owned by or licensed to the Company.

Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights in the Service are transferred to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted by applicable law or with our authorization.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services, which may include:

  • AI providers;

  • authentication providers;

  • hosting and infrastructure providers;

  • analytics providers;

  • payment processors;

  • email and communications providers;

  • security and fraud-prevention providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to those terms.

14. Payments

Certain features may require payment.

Prices and applicable billing terms will be presented before you complete a purchase.

How payments work

Purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. For these purchases the merchant of record is Sold through Link, LLC, an affiliate of Stripe (“Link”): Link takes your payment, and checkout shows the purchase as “Sold through Link”. Your purchase is also governed by Link’s Sold through Link Terms, which are linked at checkout. We remain responsible for the Service and for the credits or features you buy.

The charge appears on your card or bank statement as “LINK.COM* AIATLANT” or similar. Receipts and refund notifications are emailed to you by Link.

The processing of payment information is subject to the applicable payment processor’s terms and privacy policy.

We do not need your full payment card number to provide the Service, and we do not receive it.

Taxes

Link calculates, collects, and remits sales tax, VAT, GST, and similar taxes on your purchase where they apply. The prices we show already include these taxes, so the price you see before you buy is the total you pay. Checkout may show the price converted into your local currency. Any fees your bank or card issuer charges, such as foreign transaction fees, are set by them, not by us or Link.

In-app credits

Credits (“Neurons”) are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use features of the Service. They are not money, e-money or a currency and have no cash value. Except for the refunds described in this section, credits cannot be exchanged for money, and they cannot be sold, traded or transferred to another account. Credits can only be used inside the Service.

Refunds

Where we sell a package, bundle, or balance of in-app credits, the refund rule is as follows.

  • Before the first credit from that purchase is used, you may request a refund of the purchase at any time. We refund the full amount you paid, including tax, through the original payment method.

  • Once any part of that purchase has been used, the purchase is not refundable. A purchase counts as used as soon as a single credit from it has been spent, whatever remains unspent on the balance.

This is our entire refund policy for credits. We do not offer discretionary refunds beyond it.

To request a refund, write to support@aiatlant.com or contact Link support at https://support.link.com/topics/sold-through-link. Link may also issue refunds under its own refund policy; where Link’s policy gives you more than this section, Link’s policy applies. When a purchase is refunded, any credits from it that remain on your balance are removed.

Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are unaffected, including any right to cancel a purchase within a statutory cooling-off period. We cannot take those away and nothing in this section attempts to.

Subscriptions

If subscriptions are offered, the applicable subscription price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase.

You may cancel future subscription renewals using the cancellation mechanism made available by the Service or payment provider, including through your Link account.

Chargebacks

Nothing in these Terms affects your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer. Raising a chargeback in bad faith after a purchase has been used is a breach of these Terms: we may suspend or terminate the account, void any remaining balance on it, and recover the disputed amount and associated costs through lawful means.

15. Marketing Communications

We may send service-related communications necessary to operate your account and provide the Service.

We may also send marketing communications where permitted by applicable law.

Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe mechanism.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending necessary account, security, transactional, or service communications.

16. Service Communications

We may send communications relating to:

  • account registration;

  • authentication;

  • password or account changes;

  • security;

  • payments and transactions;

  • important changes to the Service;

  • account or subscription status;

  • other communications necessary to provide the Service.

These communications are not marketing communications and may continue even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails.

17. Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AI providers, authentication services, payment providers, hosting providers, and other third parties may experience outages or technical problems that affect the Service.

We may temporarily suspend access to the Service for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or operational reasons.

18. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

You may delete your account as described in section 19.

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:

  • a material violation of these Terms;

  • fraud or abuse;

  • security concerns;

  • unlawful activity;

  • attempts to compromise the Service;

  • conduct that creates significant risk to the Service, users, or third parties.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before taking action.

19. Data and Account Deletion

You can correct your name and email address and delete your account in your profile. To request access to, or a copy of, your personal information, or to exercise any other privacy right, write to privacy@aiatlant.com from your account email address. Our Privacy Policy describes these rights and how we handle requests.

You can delete your account in either of two ways: using the Delete account control in your profile, or by sending a request from your account email address to support@aiatlant.com or privacy@aiatlant.com. We act on a deletion request within a reasonable period.

When an account is deleted, the game content associated with it — prompts, messages, conversations, game history, characters, analysis, and statistics — and the personal information associated with the account are deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period. Any Neurons left on the account are permanently deleted with it. Content you had shared is removed from public access as part of the same process; copies made by others while it was shared are outside our control.

Deletion may not require us to delete information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain, and residual copies may remain in backups and logs for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course of operations.

Publicly shared content may be treated differently from private account information where necessary to operate public features or comply with applicable law.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

20. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Service will meet your expectations;

  • AI-generated content will be accurate;

  • AI-generated content will be appropriate for every user;

  • AI-generated content will be unique;

  • a particular AI model will remain available;

  • game results or analysis will remain unchanged;

  • the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of:

  1. the amount you paid to us for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

  2. £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from claims and expenses arising from your material violation of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

This provision does not require you to indemnify the Company for matters caused by the Company’s own unlawful conduct.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

If we change section 25, the change will not apply to any dispute we had actual notice of on the date of the change. If we end section 25, this will take effect no earlier than 10 days after we give reasonable notice of it, and will not apply to disputes that arose before the date it takes effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a resident of the United States, section 25 governs how disputes between you and the Company are resolved, and it applies instead of the preceding paragraph.

Language

These Terms are written in English. We may also make them available in other languages for your convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

25. Dispute Resolution for Users in the United States

This section applies to you if you are a resident of the United States. It changes how claims between you and the Company are resolved: it requires individual arbitration instead of court, and it waives class actions and trial by jury. You can opt out of it within 30 days, at no cost and with no effect on your account.

Talk to us first

Before starting an arbitration, you agree to describe the dispute to us in writing at support@aiatlant.com and to give us 30 days to try to resolve it. We agree to do the same before starting an arbitration against you. Most problems are cheaper and faster to fix this way.

Agreement to arbitrate

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and the Company agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by this section. This agreement to arbitrate is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

The arbitrator decides the dispute and may award the same individual relief that a court could award. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.

Unless you and the Company agree otherwise, any hearing will be held by telephone or video, decided on the documents alone, or held in the federal judicial district where you live. Fees are allocated under the AAA rules, and the Company pays the fees those rules assign to it.

Where 25 or more similar claims are asserted against the Company by the same counsel or by coordinated counsel, the AAA's supplementary rules for multiple case filings apply.

No class actions

You and the Company agree to bring claims against each other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person and may not preside over any form of representative proceeding.

If this paragraph is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or a particular request for relief, that claim or request will be separated from the arbitration and brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, and the rest of this section will continue to apply to everything else.

Exceptions

Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration, if it qualifies there.

Either of us may ask a court for an injunction or similar relief to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property, or unauthorised access to the Service, without first using arbitration.

Jury trial waiver

To the extent a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and the Company waive any right to a trial by jury.

How to opt out

You can opt out of this section by emailing support@aiatlant.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and the email address on your account.

Opting out costs nothing, does not affect your account, and does not affect any other part of these Terms. If you opt out, disputes between you and the Company are resolved under section 24.

Survival

This section survives the termination of your account and of these Terms.
